Diversity Training Workshops

As a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) facilitator, Josh provides organizations and individuals safe spaces to engage in authentic conversations. His training workshops provide foundational DE&I concepts and extend to more targeted areas of unconscious/implicit bias, emotional intelligence, managing conflict and microaggressions, and workplace civility, among others. Training workshops can range from 1-hour, 90 minutes, or half-day sessions.


Consulting & Coaching Services

As organizations determine how to incorporate DE&I concepts into their core values, Josh provides a range of strategic consulting services—such as developing targeted diversity recruitment & retention efforts, coaching Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to establish a clear charter with sustainable programming activities, and partnering with HR leadership to create a diversity workplace plan, among other services. He empowers organizations to turn their DE&I vision into action.
